After graduation, went to work for Irving Trust Bank in N.Y.C., was already working on the Co-Op program for six months, working on Saturdays.

Met Eugene Stroh and was married on July 15, 1962.  Had my first child a year later, a son Stephen.  Fourteen months later had a daughter Deborah.  Three years later had another daughter Elizabeth.

When they all became teenagers, I went to work part time for Sears Roebuck for 2 ½ years.  I then went to work for Richmond County Savings Bank for 18 years.  I retired and took care of my mother and husband who were both sick at the time.  They are now both deceased.

My three children are all married and I have seven grandchildren.
