I married in 1960 to James Deats (love of my life and best friend).  We have 3 wonderful, successful children who have given us 5 beautiful grandchildren:  Lyndsey 17, Lauren 16, Stephanie13, James 7, and Nicholas 5.  Needless to say they keep us active.  We retired to Florida in 1995. In 1997 we bought an awesome house on the Intracoastal in North Redington Beach, which my talented husband has renovated into a beautiful home.  Our life has been fulfilled with our family.  We have traveled to Italy, France, Hawaii, and have cruised to Alaska and the Caribbean islands.  We have plans to travel more in the future.

We also still own our home on Staten Island, which enables us to visit with two of our children and families quite often.  Our third child lives in Jacksonville, Fl, and we drive there to see them as often as we can.  Being with our families is our favorite pastime.  We have been blessed with good health and a wonderful marriage of 48 years.  Life is good!
