I am married 48 years to Tom.  We raised seven children who married and gave us 18 grandchildren.  I retired as a Certified Alcoholism-Substance Abuse Counselor, having worked twelve years in three different hospital programs and fifteen years in private practice.  I am presently a Bereavement Minister, running two support groups for adults and reaching out to families suffering a loss.  As Bereavement coordinator, we also have a children's program.  My favorite pass-time is the time I spend with our grandchildren as well as private vacations with Tom.  Grand parenting is the best time of life!!  I start each day swimming at the YMCA.  I'm presently writing a book about my relationship with Tom for the descendants we won't get to meet.
