I Graduated from St. Vincent’s School of Nursing with my RN, and went on for my BS starting at the College of New Rochelle and finishing at Monmouth University. I took 21 credits toward my Masters in Health Education.

I taught on Faculty at Jersey Shore Medical Center, affiliated with Monmouth University Nursing Program after many years of working in Medical Centers in the New York and New Jersey areas.

I taught Pharmacology, Cardiology, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical, OR, ER, Psychiatric Nursing, and even the Legal Aspects of Nursing.

I stay current on the latest Medications, Treatments, and Supplements both from Traditional and Natural Medicine. Things are changing rapidly right now.

I read studies daily, from Harvard, M D Anderson, NYU, Cornell Weill, the National Institute of Health, the CDC, University of Minnesota, The Mayo Clinic, etc, and I stay current.

My goal is to share information about the latest proven medications and treatments that apply to you, so you can enjoy a Long, Happy and Healthy Life.
